Workshop One
SIX – The Musical
Musical Theatre Workshop
Calling all lovers of music, singing, dancing and history!
Join the ADS Team for a two-day workshop where we will channel our inner royalty to the ICONIC songs and dances in the global phenomenon musical ‘SIX’!
Over two days, students will work together with our talented team to create, rehearse, build and bring to life a selection of live song and dance numbers, activities and games all from and based on the hit musical coming to Melbourne in July!
WORKSHOP INCLUDES:
- Singing and dancing to iconic SIX songs such as
‘SIX Megamix’ and ‘Ex-Wives’ - Learn Choreography and work together to create a
Queen-worthy performance! - Play games and explore acting exercises to channel your inner royalty
- A LIVE PERFORMANCE at the end of DAY TWO for family/friends

Workshop Two
Content Creation Studio
Screen Content Creation Workshop
The future is YOU…(Tube…).
Join us for a taste of the Content Creator spotlight!
Over 1 day, students will work together with our talented team to create, rehearse, and film short-form videos fit for an online platform. Creating eccentric characters or acting as themselves, students will walk away having produced and directed their own videos.
WORKSHOP INCLUDES:
- Workshopping Content Creation and Screen Acting skills
- Playing themed drama games
- Writing, directing and acting in their own YouTube-inspired videos!
- Student-created video edited and distributed by our team after the workshop

Workshop Three
Step Into The Industry
Industry Workshop
Ever imagined yourself on the small or big screen?
During this half-day workshop, students will be introduced to the Film and Television Industry by a currently working talent agent. Actors come away with know-how; everything needed to apply to a talent agency and start working on screen.
WORKSHOP INCLUDES:
- Workshop your game plan for securing representation (an agent)
- Inside information from a currently working talent agent
- Understand the Australian and American markets,
and how they differ - Produce your own intro video for agents and casting directors
- Put down a scene to showcase your acting skills to agents and casting directors
- Come away with a CV and a headshot to get you started
